These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 787ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

21+ Requirement: Pursuant to PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on the 787ph Platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
3.1 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3.2 787ph employs mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any stage of your Account relationship. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending resolution.
3.3 You must not access the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 787ph Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are obligated to notify 787ph promptly if any registered details change. 787ph reserves the right to require updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of Account information.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. 787ph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify 787ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team.
4.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your Account is strictly prohibited.
5.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from your 787ph Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from payment instruments belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified on the cashier page and may be subject to change. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash or Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes subject to security checks, though processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the financial institution involved.
5.3 787ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
5.4 All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is your sole responsibility where applicable.
5.5 787ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending resolution of ongoing bonus wagering requirements, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.6 In the event that a deposit is made in error or a technical fault results in an incorrect crediting of funds, 787ph reserves the right to correct the Account balance and recover any incorrectly credited amounts, including from future winnings.
6.1 From time to time, 787ph may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific Terms that will be published alongside the offer at the time of its availability.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are held separately within your Account wallet. Real-money Balance is used first in wagering, unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms.
6.4 787ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of wagering.
6.5 Bonuses may not be claimed more than once per household, IP address, or shared device. Evidence of bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 Each game available on the 787ph Platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or disconnection during a game session, 787ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly based on server-side game logs. Game outcomes recorded on the server at the point of disconnection shall be considered final where technically determinable.
7.3 Bets placed after a game event has concluded, or during a period when the Platform has communicated a maintenance window, will be void and the staked amount refunded to the Player's Account.
7.4 All gaming outcomes on 787ph use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game process as recorded by studio cameras.
7.5 Maximum payout limits per bet, per session, or per day may apply across certain game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or section interface.

During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and the Player will not be able to deposit, wager, or claim bonuses.
8.2 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
8.3 Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders and reality check notifications that interrupt active gaming sessions to display net win/loss information for the current session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 787ph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:
10.1 All content on the 787ph Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and audio, is the intellectual property of 787ph or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 787ph.
11.1 787ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. A full description of our data practices is set out in the 787ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, KYC verification, and responsible gaming monitoring.
12.1 787ph provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical faults may result in temporary unavailability, for which 787ph shall not be liable.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 787ph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.3 787ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.1 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the 787ph support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus liabilities and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
13.2 787ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or on instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority.
13.3 Upon termination for cause, 787ph reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the forfeiture of funds may apply.
14.1 787ph may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, Players will be notified by email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification.
14.2 If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 787ph Platform shall first be submitted to 787ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players should contact support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's rights under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection or data privacy laws.
